1.) Stock Management System :-
"Stock management" is primarily about specifying the shape and percentage of stocked goods. It is required at different locations within a facility or within many locations of a supply network to precede the regular and planned course of production and stock of materials.
The scope of Stock management concerns the fine lines between replenishment lead time, carrying costs of stock, asset management, stock forecasting, stock valuation, stock visibility, future stock price forecasting, physical stock, available physical space for stock, quality management, replenishment, returns and defective goods, and demand forecasting.

2.) Hospital Management System :-
"HOSPITAL MANAGEMENT” means the computation of meter allotted, amount pay on date, and bill for a number of patients coming in the Hospital. Bill is generated for every patient according to the diseases. Beside the generation of bills all the records of patients & medicines details are recorded. Moreover all the informations related to the patients & medicines of the day etc are monitored.
At present in the Hospital all the details of patients & amount paid by them are kept manually and data is being stored in files and in the file registers.
The aim of this project work is to computerize the billing system of the Hospital. It will provide all the required information regarding the medicines, bill paid by the patients etc.

An office manager is responsible for planning, organization, and controlling the clerical aspect of the organization, including the preparation, communication, coordination and storage of data to support production and other important operations of an industrial establishment.
